

Downtown Ann Arbor - Glazier Building - Stunning day or night.
Located at Main and Huron street in the heart of downtown Ann Arbor. The nearly 100-year old Glazier Building was purchased by Dahlmann Properties in 2000 from Key Bank which is still a tenant there. The landmark asset is seven stories and approximately 40,700 sq ft. The building is considered a Beaux Arts structure, which is a classical architectural style originating in French art schools.
An extensive $2 million-plus renovation was done to clean and restore the exterior limestone, brick and terracotta exterior, rebuild the classic architectural details, and redo the functionality of the building making it a landmark building which modern efficiencies. The work was done by JC Beal Construction Inc. and Quinn Evans Architects.
