Ann Arbor's 51st Film Festival | March 19th-24th 2013

Upon moving to Ann Arbor, you will find this town has a wide variety of art programs encompassing the University of Michigan campus and downtown Ann Arbor. Take a walk along E. Liberty St. and you will see the elegantly lit Michigan Theater--home to the Ann Arbor Arts Festival. For those that love independent and experimental films, Ann Arbor is the place to be this week! The Ann Arbor film festival, internationally recognized as an Academy Award® qualifying festival, begins March 19th, 2013.

For six days, Ann Arbor residents and visitors will view films, from throughout the world, in a variety of genres ranging from documentary to performance-based. Film enthusiasts will have an opportunity to discuss cinematic experiences and the future of film with film makers and special guests:
